Library Tower/ First Interstate World Center - Los Angeles, California

72 story, 1,710,000 sq. ft. investment office tower with major retail and urban design amenities located in downtown Los Angeles adjoining Bunker Hill and the landmark Los Angeles Public Library. Completed in 1990. Client: Maguire/Thomas Partners.

Le Grand Louvre - Paris, France

Senior Designer for concept and schematic phases. New entrance from Cour Napoleon and 450,000 sq. ft. of underground museum facilities with exhibition spaces, auditorium, conference rooms, bookstore, young people facilities, restaurants, workshops and art reserves. Phase I completed in 1989, Phase II project completed 1992. Client: Etablissement du Grand Louvre.

Centrust Tower ( Miami World Trade Center) - Miami, Florida

35 story of 600,000 sq. ft. office tower on air rights of 11- level 1,550 car city garage incorporating 20,000 sq. ft. of ground level retail space and elevated two-track Metro Rail Station. Garage completed in 1983, Tower completed in 1987. Client: Dade Savings and Loan.

Rowes Wharf - Boston, Massachusetts

Development competition for 4 acre waterfront site with 300 residential condominiums, 250,000 sq. ft. of office space, 25,000 sq. ft. of retail space, public winter garden and promenade, with 375 car below-grade garage. Design completed in 1982. Client: Nicholson Interests.

IDC/NY Master plan and development concept for Long Island City, New York

4 million sq. ft. International Design Center involving the conversion of four architecturally distinguished manufacturing loft buildings into exhibition space combined with future construction for hotel facilities, development of central arrival plaza and related traffic access and parking studies. Study completed 1983. Client: Lazard Realty.
