Invited International Design Competition. 450,000 square meter urban waterfront development for 350 room hotel, Conference Center and 2000 seat Ballroom with a future 300,000 sq ft. extension for commercial uses. Phase one 1996 Phase two 1999.

Nanxiang Plaza . Shanghai, China .

An urban building located at the intersection of two important roads serving CITIC bank, offices, and small residential hotel. Design 1996. Building completed 1999

Nanjing International Centre, Nanjing, China .

88 Story Tower, 7 Story Annex, 1,860,000 m2 mixed use development located in the Center of Nanjing. Uses: 400 room hotel with restaurants, grand ballroom and conference facilities, apartments, stock and commodity exchanges, retail and department store. 1994.

Dubai Hippodrome for Thoroughbred Racing, Dubai, United Arab Emirates .

Winning competition design for 1250 seat stadium, club house, and related site development. 32,500 square foot cable supported canopy from 200 foot high pylon. 1992- 1994.
